By downloading or using the SpaceGlow application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Scope of Service

SpaceGlow provides tools for organizing and cleaning your iOS device, including photo analysis, contact management, calendar cleanup, and a secure vault. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notice.

2. Pro Subscriptions

Some features of SpaceGlow require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan").

• Payments: Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any passcodes used to access the app. SpaceGlow is a tool that assists you in deleting data from your device. While we strive for accuracy, you should always review items before confirming deletion. SpaceGlow is not responsible for the accidental loss of data resulting from user actions.

4. Data Storage

SpaceGlow does not provide cloud backup services. Any data moved to the "Secret Vault" is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app or lose your device without a system-level backup, the data in the Secret Vault may be permanently lost.

5. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer of SpaceGlow.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Pro features or the app entirely if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceGlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
